When infertility refuses to go away, women often ask themselves what more they can do to solve it.
The simple answer is – something needs to change before you can be pregnant – otherwise you’d already be there, thus a better question to ask is – what can I change in my life so that I can get pregnant sooner?
Thinking this way doesn’t just narrow down the list of answers – it helps you get to the core of the issue faster.
Deep down everyone knows they need to change – but we are uncertain that the change will bring the exact results we seek, thus we hesitate, and hold our fire, subconsciously waiting for a better moment.
But the truth is – we hesitate because we fear failure.
This fear of failure is universal – it’s wired deep into our amygdala, and our collective challenge is in learning to activate it for the right reasons instead the wrong ones.
Here’s a better way to think about the challenge of changing:
If the solution to our problem was certain, then no effort would be required to solve it.
With no effort comes no growth, with no growth comes no change, with no change comes … no change!
You can’t you solve infertility by doing the same things you’ve always done – something needs to change and I’m guessing you have some sense of what that is.
My work is about helping people who are open to this idea, go through the process with less pain than doing it alone. I love my work!
